  Overview 

  Bowser Landfill is owned and operated by the Rural City of Wangaratta (herein RCoW). It is located at 5 Coleman Road, North Wangaratta 6km SW from Wangaratta and is under the current EPA license of 20025.

  RCoW invites quotes from suitably qualified and experienced firms to prepare a detailed design and associated documentation for approval by EPA Victoria and for tender the construction of a new landfill cell (Cell 6) at the Bowser West facility.

  The successful contractor will need to review the suitability and assumptions of the current conceptual cell design, address/ consider current a future operational reuirements of the site and the constructability of the design. The detailed design and accompanying documentation shall be submitted for verification and approval through the Victorian EPA.

  The Rural City of Wangaratta (herein RCoW) invites quotes from suitably qualified and experienced firms for an EPA Appointed Environmental Auditor to verify the design of a new landfill cell (Cell 6) at Bowser West landfill, Wangaratta.

  The Environmental Auditor must have been appointed by the EPA pursuant to the Environment Protection Act 1970. The reports produced as part of this contract will be submitted to EPA for approval to commence construction works.

  Overview 

  The Rural City of Wangaratta (Council) are seeking for a suitable panel of contractors to supply and deliver compostable liners to Council’s Works Depot in which Council will re-issue these liners to households and businesses. Council are looking for a 2-year contract with a panel of contractors, allowing for easy purchase of liners on an as required basis. Therefore, Council will contact a panel contractor requesting liners and depending on availability the contractor will supply the specified liners.

  The tenderer must submit a price per roll for the follwoing liner sizes:

       - 8L 

       - 80L

       - 240L 

  Contract Term

  The Contract term shall be for an initial period of two years, with the option to extend for further periods of one year, plus one year up to a maximum extension period of two years.
