Shepparton Art Museum (SAM) is seeking expressions of interest from food and beverage operators to partner with us, to provide hospitality services across the new site for our guests, visitors, employees and the community of Greater Shepparton.
SAM boasts 5 exhibition spaces, dedicated areas for the Shepparton Visitor Centre and Kaiela Arts (a local indigenous community arts space). There will also be spaces for a residential studio, retail shop, cafe, bar and function facilities. The 5,300m2 building will house the cafe on level 1, with a functions room and roof-top bar/terrace on level 4.
This is a unique opportunity to be part of the 'coming-of-age' of Shepparton. Located overlooking the lake in the picturesque Victoria Park, the cafe is expected to be a popular destination for both locals and visitors alike. We seek a partner that is passionate about food and knows how to deliver exemplary customer service. SAM's vision of delivering unique customer experiences will be strongly supported via the appointment of an operator with shared values and goals in service delivery.
